Our next P.A. meeting will take place in school on Wednesday 12th December at 8:30 pm.  All new parents are encouraged to get involved.

The Parents’ Association are a voluntary group of parents who work closely with the Principal, staff and the Board of Management of St. Oliver Plunkett B.N.S. to help develop the school and provide much needed extra funding through a variety of annual fundraising events. Through their efforts they aim to provide extra-curricular activities and school equipment and liaise closely with the principal to determine what is needed for the school each year. The Parents Associations efforts over the years have helped fund different activities which would otherwise be impossible to fund.

The A.G.M. of our Parents Association took place on 7th November 2018.  I would like to thank all the parents who attended and welcome our new parents.

Our P.A. have worked closely with the school over the past number of years.  All money raised is used to support and enhance all the pupils that attend St. Oliver Plunkett B.N.S.

I would like to thank our outgoing P.A. committee who have worked tirelessly over the past few years.  A particular thanks to Tom o’ Shaughnessy, Brian Costello and Sharon Hamm who have volunteered their time and effort.  Their commitment to our school is much appreciated.

Over the years our P.A. have raised much needed funds to help facilitate numerous workshops, purchasing of a variety of resources and funding activities outside school.  We hope that our new parents will become involved in our P.A. and continue the great work that has been done to date.  All children benefit from our P.A.’s efforts.

Lastly I would like to thank our newly appointed P.A. committee which is made up of the following parents:

Parents Association Members.

Sinéad White (principal)

Co-chairpersons: Gladys Mitchell & Kinga Donegan.

Co-treasurers: David Power & Mary Cullinane.

Secretary: Stefan Moro.

I look forward to working with the P.A. over the next year and thank them most sincerely for all their efforts to date.
