Grandparents’ Day 2019

Whether you call them Granny and Grandad, Nanny and Pops or by their real name the fact still remains that our grandparents play such an important role in our lives. Maybe it’s collecting us from school, remembering our birthdays or giving us little treats every now and then we love them all the same.  Therefore, on Thursday we were delighted to have a little ceremony to celebrate our Grannys and Grandads.  We spent the past couple of weeks preparing poems and even learning a special song to sing to our grandparents.  We were delighted to invite them back to our school after the ceremony for a cup of tea and a chat.  It was our turn to treat them.

School starts at 9:20 each morning and finishes at 3 p.m.
Pupils are not permitted on school grounds before 9:00 in the morning.
